Built for
another
beginning.
A smarter machine deserves a longer story.
Diagnose. Repair. Rebuild. Return to possibility.
Connected through SWAT.network.Concept service environment.
Actual scope confirmed after assessment.
The next generation
starts with the
one you already own.
A fault should start a conversation—not end a machine’s useful life. BotRenew brings service intake, a documented assessment, and qualified network dispatch into one considered process.
From a home robot to a business fleet, start with the asset, its history, and the outcome you need. Coverage and capability are confirmed before a visit is promised.
One robot.
A connected lifecycle.
Zoom out from the fault.
See the decisions that come next.
A capable robot.
A qualified human.
One connected network.
Service requests flow into SWAT.network. Robot brand, service mode, location, qualifications, and current approval determine who can receive a job. A general contractor profile alone does not qualify someone for robotics service.
Saved intake and a private tracking receipt.
Scope, coverage, qualifications, and customer approval.
House Manager coordination and technician acceptance.
Existing work evidence and verification workflows.
Renew or replace?
Start with the numbers.
A simple planning tool. Use your own assumptions.
An assessment determines the actual scope and cost.
Make useful life
part of the product.
For robotics manufacturers, fleet owners, parts specialists, and service organizations exploring the next layer of robotic ownership.
A few things
worth knowing.
Can you repair every robot brand?
Requests are reviewed against actual technician qualifications, brand experience, parts access, service modes, and geography. We do not promise universal coverage or manufacturer authorization.
What happens after I submit a request?
The request is stored in SWAT.network and you receive a reference plus a private tracking key. An operator reviews your brief. Scope, commercial terms, membership, House Manager assignment, and qualified coverage must be resolved before dispatch.
Is this a manufacturer warranty service?
Not automatically. Manufacturer warranty terms and any service authorization must be checked before opening or modifying a robot. Do not ship a unit until the service route is confirmed.
What does renewal certification mean?
We do not issue blanket certification claims. A renewed unit’s condition, inspection, tests, service history, battery findings, and terms should be documented individually before resale.
